Cancellation Policy

At Global Medical Company, we want to ensure that you are 100% happy with your purchase.

We strongly advise our customers to do their due diligence in product research before purchasing our products. If you have any technical or sales queries do not hesitate to contact us.

RIGHT OF CANCELLATION (DEFECTED ITEMS):

  • Return or Refund Policy applicable where the product is found to be defective or does not confirm to the prescribed standard specifications agreed.
  • The Seller shall recollect the products and provide the buyer with a Replace or Exchange or Refund the defect free of charge as per Qatari Law and Warranty agreement terms as following.

Article 5 – Law No. 8 of 2008 on Consumer Protection:

 “Where a commodity is found to be defective or does not confirm to the prescribed standard specifications, the supplier shall recall the commodity and provide the consumer with a refund or exchange, or repair the defect free of charge.”

  • If the Buyer choose to use the right of cancellation, He must do within 7days from the delivery date.

BY REPLACE

we mean replacing an item offered as an alternative to, and represented as being equivalent to, an originally specified item whichever you choose as per the availability of the product with us with the same brand and value.

BY EXCHANGE

we mean if the replacement option is not available, we will recommend customer to choose any other item(s) available with us with same value or the customer can pay the difference amount, if any.

BY REFUND

we mean if the replacement/exchange option is not available, we will refund to the customer to his/her bank account or will provide store credit as per customer choice.

We make every attempt to process the refund as quickly as possible. But Stripe (our payment processor) or your financial institution can take up to 30 days for the refund to reflect in your bank account/card. (Note: Bank Charges Applicable for Refund)
